ITS: Innovative Training Solutions Corporate Options/Teambuilding Sessions |
|
There are numerous options for corporate work for management training using Nature’s View, as well as teambuilding activities for church, school and civic groups. For groups or organizations requiring assistance with counseling/therapy, as well as improvement in the corporate world, we recently began working in conjunction with Dr. Barry Shreve, Human Services department head at Greenville Technical College, and his wife Sami, longtime PR and sales consultant. This partnership, under the new heading, ITS (Innovative Training Solutions), has been beneficial in individual and group settings. We also have the option of working with Barry Garbaldon and Dr. Will Sparks (assistant professor of Management Science at the McColl Graduate School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte) to develop specialized sessions. According to Sparks, emotional intelligence is crucial to a team’s results (for more information, see linked article in the Charlotte Business Journal). Garbaldon and Sparks have collaborated to create the Center for Creative Strategy and Innovation, an Innovative Management Solutions Company focused on mining a holistic approach to mining creativity, managing creative ideas, developing group culture, and implementing strategic initiatives. They have experienced Nature’s View first hand and can help an organization work with us to develop an appropriate program to enable creative solutions.
